A long-time relationship

David Lewis Designers had a long-time relationship with Vestfrost until the company was sold to Vestel in Turkey. Vestfrost produced freezers and refrigerators both for OEM and under their own brand.

Our task was to continuously update the products without inducing heavy investments and with minimal interference in the on-going production.

This enabled Vestfrost to manufacture its Prestige and Solid lines for many years, constantly changing the interiors according to OEM needs and wishes. The Solid line is sold both as a Vestfrost product as well as OEM.

Vestfrost Zhape was a high-end series made to increase the perception of Vestfrost’s own brand. It incorporates a unique door shape with an invisible integrated handle and clean welded ends. The interior is also unique with innovative solutions providing very flexible storage.

The emphasize inside is to give smooth surfaces, hygienic and easy to clean.

A slightly curved front with fully integrated door handle gives a very clean appearance.

We invented the shelves that are only suspended in one rod. It gave great freedom in the arrangement and a uniquely high degree of purity.

Fully edge welded door ends gave the highest feel of quality.

Floor buttons was another element we added to increase ease of use.
