IFA 2016 messe in Berlin had a very good beginning for us. We were able to introduce tree new products, Beosound 1, Beosound 2 and Beovision Horizon.

We are please to receive the 2016 IF Gold Design Award for the LG Signature Washer.

We are so pleased that our newest design was so well received at 2015 CES. BeoVision Avant got CES 2015 Innovation Award. Sound & Vision has written a feature titled “Immaculate Perception”.

Torsten Valeur had the pleasure to participate in various product launches around the world. In Singapore and to Warsaw told Torsten Valeur on BeoVision Avant 55 and 85 inches, Beoremote 1 and BeoLab 20.

“Speaking to more than 200 enthusiastic people design followed by a lively dialogue was very fruitful experience” expresses Torsten Valeur on one of the year’s last visit to Seoul.

Torsten Valeur was one of four keynote speakers at the Norse Code “Unlocking the principles of Scandinavian design in Business” arrangement by New Zealand Scandinavia Business Association.

David Lewis Designers had the pleasure to participate in 2013 China International Industrial Design Fair in Shenzhen with a stand that received many visitors.

“To feel how well our new designs are received is a wonderful pleasure.” says Torsten. He was in New Yourk together with Mr. Tue Mantoni to present the new series of wireless speakers.

Torsten Valeur participated in the ambigious programme Invest in Denmark in Seoul Korea with two speeches about the quality of design in Denmark. Among the participants was Danish ministers and the Crown Prince couple.

What does it mean when something is cool? Ger Bruens and the Faculty of Industrial Design at Delft University of Technology asked 20 design leaders of the world about the concept of cool. Torsten Valeur contributed to the book with his approach to cool as well as made a speech in Delft.
